Brief
The client had purchased an investment flat in a Canary Wharf development, and wished to completely furnish it to attract city workers.
The Solution
A cost effective and fast turnaround solution was found by sourcing off-the-shelf furniture with one or two 'statement' pieces. A classic bachelor pad was created, but with colour and warmth. The flat was furnished within two weeks of the client collecting the keys to his new property, and was rented out on the first viewing.
