Brief
This bedroom in a large Victorian flat in South London benefits from generous proportions. The brief was to create a calm and soothing oasis for the owners, and to house many of their possessions collected during world travels.
Solution
A multi-cultural fusion that fits the traditional Victorian room. Silk bedspread from India, bronze Buddha head from Thailand, teak furniture from Bali, lantern from Morocco blend into a unique and relaxing personal space. The Victorian tiled fireplace inspired the palette of serene shades of peacock blue and green. Soft natural textures and materials provide the perfect balance.
